1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using The Edge ("Service"), provided by MindWell Solution Group LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Edge is a subscription-based digital service that delivers daily mental conditioning content personalized to the user's selected sport. The Service is accessed through a web-based application.

3. Free Trial

New users receive a 5-day free trial with full access to the Service. No credit card or payment information is required to start the free trial. After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription.

4. Subscription & Billing

• After the free trial, the Service costs $19.99 per month.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
• Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless canceled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for partial months.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You agree to provide accurate information during registration. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent.

6. Health & Safety Disclaimer

The Edge provides mental conditioning exercises for educational and informational purposes only. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, psychological treatment, or athletic training. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider or certified coach before beginning any new mental training program. If you experience any psychological distress, discontinue use and seek professional help.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, copy, or resell Service content without written permission
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems to access the Service

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, text, graphics, and software associated with the Service are the property of MindWell Solution Group LLC and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. The Edge™, Z-Logic™, and all related branding are trademarks of MindWell Solution Group LLC.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindWell Solution Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of athletic performance, injury, or any other damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
